Now operating entirely within the social housing sector, we provide comprehensive best of breed solutions and services to assist our customers in managing the wide-ranging demands of today's complex environment.
We have an established reputation for delivering innovative Business Intelligence projects, mining better analytics and information from our own and third-party systems, and our BI expertise and products inform our customers' macro-level decision making, whilst guiding our software division's own product evolution to ensure it creates and manages reliable micro level data for the modern social housing enterprise.

Ian Ellis
Chairman
Ian founded the company and was the driving in developing the Asset Valuation and Option Appraisal modelling methodology Asprey uses today.
Ian has over 22 years' experience within Corporate Finance, dealing with the public and private sector. With his subsequent asset & data management experience, he supervises the BI Division.
Daryl Huttley
Technical Director
As Technical Director and fellow founder, Daryl has overseen the development of much of Asprey's software and is an active members of the Asprey consultancy team.
Daryl's unique combination of software development and multi-level asset management experience is key to the success and evolution of Asprey's product and services range as we constantly evolve both areas.
James Whelan
BI Director
James has led the majority of AspireBI implementations and knowledge transfer to users of our BI solutions, Business Intelligence generally and Microsoft Power BI specifically. James also leads the BI consultancy work we undertake in financial reporting, financial modelling and strategic value appraisal of assets.
As an experienced consultant, James can also advise on bespoke BI model development to enrich your available business information, even from legacy systems. luation.
David Ellis
Operations Director
David has a wealth of practical and theoretical asset management knowledge and has provided managed services for many of our clients. David feeds this business experience into our development programme.
In his consultancy roles, his sector experience provides both business intelligence and knowledge transfer to our clients, allowing them to make informed decision on various areas of asset and asset data management.
