Ian Ellis

Former Tax Inspector, MBA and 22 years with EY – latterly Head of Corporate Finance in two regions specialising in privatisations, M&A, flotations and corporate strategy and planning.

Since been CEO of two software houses in this sector, including Asprey since 2002, with spells as CEO and Director of two NGOs.

Subsequently, amongst other clients, Board level strategic and corporate finance advisor to the Executive of Doosan (formerly Mitsui) Babcock for six years. Now Lead Consultant of AspreyBI.

Rachel Ratty

MBA specialising in strategy, finance and organisational development. Has led BPR reviews for clients of Asprey and other providers’ systems. Project manages and reviews all Asprey consultancy work.

Involved in consultancy projects in other sectors but active in social housing for 15 years and a founding member of Asprey.

Daryl Huttley

More than 15 years designing management systems and providing related consultancy to social housing and other sectors.

Remains lead architect for all Asprey systems and manages in-house and sub-contract development suppliers.

Worked with modern BI products for the past two years, whilst designing Asprey’s Appraisalpro product and BI modelling tools.

Staff Development, Recruitment and Vacancies

AspreyBI launched during February 2015. The assignment protocols, tools and support materials have been put in place during the earliest of our Asset Value modelling assignments alongside our ongoing recruitment campaign.

Due to demand for these services, in part responding to HCA pressures and its new regulatory framework, demand for our AspreyBI services is high. Consequently, when we complete current assignments for clients of other asset management systems we will be prioritising our own asset management clients for the foreseeable future, even though our recruitment and training initiatives continue apace.

We have remaining vacancies for Senior Accountants or MBAs with corporate finance, investment appraisal or social housing backgrounds, Data Analysts with advanced modelling and BI skillsets, Software Engineers with experience of BI and multi-disciplinary Bachelor or MBA level trainees.
